Freshly dehydrated oyster mushrooms. These packs are 45g which equals 1lb of fresh mushrooms. Simply re-hydrate them by adding water in a bowl let for 20-30 minutes. Thicker and whole cap mushrooms may take a little longer and you can rush this a bit by soaking them in hot water. Mushrooms are ready when they are soft all the way through.
